Deposit
|
A minimum of five (5) days pre-payment is required at time of booking. Within 30 days of arrival, a full

A $500 booking fee/deposit
will be charged upon making your reservation to hold
it for you. A refundable $300
Security Deposit and a non-refundable $100-150
Cleaning Fee will be collected at Check-In (depending
on number of guests)
If,
after your departure, there is no evidence of damage to the rental, your
security deposit will be refunded. |
Rates
|
The
nightly or weekly rate quoted is valid for the number of guests and
dates of stay stated in your reservation. The rate does not include any
extra charges you may incur during your stay.

Additional
nights
|
Any
additional nights to the existing reservation are subject to
availability and may be quoted at a different rate from the main stay
dates.
|
Cancellation
|
A
reservation cancelled within 45 days of arrival is subject to
a 15% booking fee . A reservation cancelled within 30 days of
arrival will be charged 2 nights. A reservation cancelled
within 14 days of arrival is subject to a full forfeiture of the
prepayment.

Changes in
Reservations
|
All
reservation changes are subject to availability and rate change.
|
Number of
Guests
|
The number
of people occupying the rental home must be disclosed at time of
rental. If the number of
persons staying in the home exceeds the number stated in the
reservation, all additional persons will be asked to vacate the property
immediately.
|
Parties
|
No house
parties are permitted in the home . If a party is reported, you will be asked to vacate the rental
home without refund.
|
Housekeeping
Service
|
Additional
(midweek) housekeeping service is available during your stay at an extra
charge. No housekeeping
service is included in your nightly rate.
NON-optional
housekeeping service is provided following your check out. The
housekeeping service charge is
$100. |
No Smoking |
Our rental home is designated
non-smoking and if there is
evidence of smoking, your security deposit will be forfeited. You will be responsible for
additional charges if the restoration of the property exceeds your
deposit.

No
Pets
|
No pets
are allowed in the home. Your security deposit will be forfeited if there is evidence of a
pet in the rental home. You
will be responsible for additional charges if the restoration of the
property exceeds your deposit.

Items Left
Behind
|
We will
not be responsible for items left behind after check out. However, if you are missing an
item we will do our best to locate the item and will mail it to you at a
charge of $10 plus COD charges.
|
Lost or
Stolen Items
|
We will
not be responsible for personal items that are lost or stolen during
your stay. We ask that you
take the normal precautions in securing the rental home such as locking
all exterior doors when leaving the home.
|
